The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Product and Marketing Executive in delivering consistent, high-quality marketing across our EPoS systems and robotics solutions.
This is a hands-on role working across social media, website, email, CRM and events, supporting both digital and offline marketing activity. You will assist in creating content, executing campaigns, and maintaining the website, with a focus on real-world content, product education and case studies that demonstrate clear results.
Working closely with our sales, design and operations teams to help communicate SPARK’s value to clients, support lead generation, and contribute to building brand credibility in a B2B environment.
You will also follow a structured weekly workflow, supporting content production, website updates and performance tracking to ensure consistent marketing output aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Execution
Create, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube
Write captions, blogs, website copy and newsletters aligned with product messaging
Produce regular short-form content from installs, demos and day-to-day activity
Video & Multimedia Production
Capture and edit video content from installs, demos and customer sites
Produce content following repeatable formats (install videos, product demos, problem → solution, case studies)
Create basic graphics, videos and marketing assets using Figma, Adobe tools and AI tools
Organise and maintain a structured content library
Website & SEO Updates
Update website content using WordPress and Elementor (product pages, landing pages, case studies)
Upload videos, images and content regularly
Support basic SEO tasks including page updates and content optimisation
Sales Support Content
Prepare marketing materials for sales (demo videos, case studies, presentations)
Translate product features into clear, simple customer benefits
Support content for proposals, outreach and follow-ups
Events & On-site Content
Attend installs, demos and events to capture real-world content
Attend events and support venue set-up, including working outside normal office hours as agreed in advance
Weekly Execution & Coordination
Follow a structured weekly workflow:
Plan content and tasks
Capture footage during installs
Edit and publish content
Update website and materials
Support sales and outreach
Use tools such as Notion to track tasks and manage priorities
Work closely with marketing, sales and operations teams
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Assist with tracking performance using GA4 and social media analytics
Monitor basic KPIs (content output, engagement, traffic, leads)
Skills Required
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing blogs
Foundational design skills using Figma
Project and documentation management using Notion
Foundational CRM knowledge using HubSpot
Foundational experience with WordPress and Elementor
Comfortable learning and using AI tools for content creation
Who We’re Looking For
Relevant experience or a degree in B2B marketing, product marketing, or digital campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen to learn new skills and develop product knowledge
Well organised, collaborative, and curious about technology and innovation
Familiarity with SaaS, hospitality technology, or robotics is a bonus
