Are you experienced in supporting children and families where emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges affect daily life?

Do you enjoy helping other practitioners grow in confidence and practice?

This newly created role in our Supporting Solutions Service could be for you.

⭐ About the Role

You’ll support frontline practitioners to strengthen their skills and confidence when working with children and families facing:

Emotional distress and trauma
Attachment and neurodevelopmental needs
Parental mental ill-health

You’ll champion trauma-informed, relational practice, helping teams deliver consistent, compassionate support to those at risk of entering care or needing placement stability.

Relevant degree (or equivalent)
Strong experience working with children, young people and families
Knowledge of emotional wellbeing, mental health and trauma
Experience mentoring or supporting practitioners
Confidence delivering presentations or training
